I have a flip ultra that I used to capture snapshots of students during assistive tech evals…and during interventions –that way when the team asks how did he do x or where should we put that switch, not only can I tell them, I can show them, easily. We are in the process of creating video snapshots of our students to prepare for transitions, so the new teachers can “see them in action” before the first day of school!
Battery life is exceptional, and when it runs out, it’s AA batteries, available anywhere. easy to edit, even on my mac – which people reported to have problems with…if anyone wants more information about how we use it, feel free to email me!
Bought 6 Ultras at Walmart for $89 each for our Technocamp this summer. Having some of the kid do projects with them now and they love them!
