Ricky, Terrific, glad that information was helpful. Adam good call about the Autofocus list strategy. That helped me this weekend in juggling some projects. I like the intuitive/ choice part of that.

You know, I've never actually watched Merlin Mann's Inbox Zero talk, although I've read of the concept and about it. I watched it tonight on account of reading your article and got my inbox down from 300 odd read-but-unprocessed messages to 54. It's not zero but it's a lot less intimidating!

Strangely enough I've never read the actual David Allen book, although I've read a lot about the concept. Perhaps I should do that too? I'll add it to my to do list ;)

Thanks for getting me off my butt about this.

I just started using David Allen's AutoFocus, which is free, minus the cost of a nice new Moleskine notebook (optional).

The thing that has me still using a Palm instead of buying an iPod Touch (and thus keeping me from participating in your p2g beta) is that the Palm has better built-in task management software. Paying an extra $100 to Omni to give the iPod/iPhone capabilities that my Handspring Visor had 10 years ago somehow rubs me the wrong way.
