The eleventh annual World Congress on Disabilities event takes place at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas, TX November 18-19, 2010. The World Congress & Exposition on Disabilities (WCD) is a precedent-setting international conference and trade show, now in its eleventh year. The WCD is intended to educate, inform and provide a useful exchange of ideas for people with physical and developmental disabilities and special healthcare needs and those involved in their care and development. Opinion leaders in medicine, education, research, technology, and product development will gather along with caregivers and families for an intensive learning experience focused on the needs of all people with disabilities. Uniting professional and consumer interests within one conference is a logical extension of the current healthcare climate.
